METHODOLOGY

From a public signal to a defensible action.

The Growth Radar is an evidence process, not a single score or a social-listening dashboard.

1. Define the decision

Start with the market, audience, language, category, time window and business question.

2. Build the source mix

Select independent source families: AI answers, search, maps, reviews, official channels, owned sources, public data, media, creators and commerce platforms.

3. Preserve the evidence path

Retain the query, platform, market, language, date, source and citation path. Separate observation from inference.

4. Compare and prioritize

Look for agreement, contradiction, change and uncertainty; rank action by relevance, confidence and expected commercial value.

5. Human review and re-test

Local reviewers calibrate language, culture and brand risk. Actions are re-tested so the next decision starts from accumulated evidence.
